- Do you ship internationally?
The Hibeautiology shop is a hair accessories worldwide store, so we do ship worldwide.
- What happened if I receive a defective package?
Send a picture of the package to [email protected] for further assistance.
- Can you rush my order?
Usually, yes! In normal times we do try to expedite orders upon request.
- How long takes for my order to ship?
Usually，your order can be shipped within 3-5 business days. if there are special situations, we will send you an email. Moreover, we are not working during weekends.
- What is my order status? How to track my order?
After you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and then after your order shipped, you will receive another email with the relevant track and trace number. If you have lost the email or filled in the wrong email address please contact [email protected] or click here to find out more
- What happens if I filled in the wrong email address, shipping information, etc?
Please fill in the correct information with your order, because a wrong or miss-spelled email address will lead to missing information on your order. Hibeautiology will not be able to contact you. Wrong shipping address will lead to a failed delivery of your package, especially when it is related to the country, postcode as well as apt, or house number, please double check your shipping information while you filled in. If you found something wrong please contact [email protected] as soon as possible, once the order has been sent out, all the costs will be on the customer's duty.

The e-mails sent by us may have landed in your spam folder. This might be the result of your personal settings of your mailbox. In this case, please accept messages from us in your mailbox or save our e-mail address in your contacts.
Questions About Products
- How should wooden products be maintained?
Ebony is afraid of water, so try to avoid touching the water while wearing it. Ebony is easily soluble in alcohol and should be kept away from alcoholic substances or some corrosive chemical liquids. Avoid colliding with hard objects to avoid scratching the ebony wood.
- How should metal products be maintained?
Periodically wipe with a soft cloth or clean with a soft brush. Avoid contact with sharp and chemical substances. Avoid wearing in wet environment. Do not wear it for housework and strenuous exercise.
- How should horn products be maintained?
Horn products should avoid high temperature, exposure to sunlight, humidity and extremely dry environment. After getting wet, wipe it off with a clean cloth as soon as possible. It can be maintained by applying olive oil, and try to store it in a plastic bag when not in use.
- Why is the color and size of the hair accessories I purchased not as described?
Natural materials, hand-polished, there may be errors in measurement and different photo light, the actual product shall prevail.

Yes, for tutorials, you can watch our product usage videos on social media such as Tik Tok, Facebook, and Instagram.
